No that is not the right answer!!! 
I asked a railroad engineer friend of ours if he knew of any bridges that looked like that bridge in the mystery picture. I didn't know what other choices to add for the wrong answers. Here is what he said.

That bridge looks very much like the one I use to traverse the Kaskaskia River at Shelbyville, Illinois. Built back about the turn of the last century and strengthened a few times over the years to handle the heavier trains that now use it. We are restricted to 20 mph while on the bridge as there are two tight turns onto and off the bridge. Originally built by the Chicago and Eastern Illinois RR, it is now owned by the Union Pacific RR.
