Chicken and Cabbage Salad
Ginger Shilts

1/2 head cabbage, shredded
1 cooked chicken breast
2 tablespoons sliced almonds
2 green onions, sliced
1/2 package top ramen - chicken flavor

Dressing:

2 tablespoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup oil
3 tablespoons vinegar

Mix cabbage, sliced chicken and onions. Toss with dressing. Add almonds and ramen broken in pieces. Toss and serve.  Note:  if served right away, the noodles are crunchy.  They become soft if the salad sits overnight.  Both ways are good, it is your choice.

(Confession; I used a bottled Ginger flavored dressing instead of the above dressing and left out the sesame seeds.)
