Chicken Cashew Salad
Mary Lou Feldt

9 boneless chicken breast (about 2 lb.) cooked in oven baking bag or microwaved, then cubed 
2 cups seedless red grapes, halved 
2 cups salted cashew halves 
2 celery ribs, sliced 
Mix the above together 

Dressing:
3/4 cup mayonnaise 
1/2 cup sour cream 
Thin slightly with pineapple or orange juice (about 2 tablespoons) 

Toss and refrigerate overnight
