Slaw Dressing
From the kitchen of
Avis Collins
1 cup white sugar
¾ cup white vinegar
1 tablespoon salt
3 tablespoons salad oil
teaspoon garlic salt
teaspoon celery salt
¼ teaspoon onion salt
Put all ingredients in a pint jar. Stir until sugar and salts dissolve.
Refrigerate any remainder after using.
Variations: Add a drop of Tabasco sauce or a tablespoon of ketchup for
a frenchy taste.
