Tossed Salad

1 pound hamburg
½ cup salsa
1 small head lettuce torn into bite sized pieces
1 medium green pepper, cut into strips
1 medium tomato, cut into 8 wedges
½ cup pitted ripe olives, drained
2 cup shredded cheddar cheese (8 oz)
1 package (1-¼ ounces) tortilla chips crumbled.
½ cup thousand island dressing
Brown ground beef over medium heat. Drain. Stir in salsa and heat. Toss
lettuce, green pepper, tomato, olives, cheese & chips. Spoon hot beef
mixture and salad dressing over lettuce mixture. Serve immediately. |
