Chestnut Delights
From the kitchen of

Drain 1 can of whole water chestnuts
Marinate overnight in:
½ cup soy sauce
¼ cup catsup
¼ cup cooking oil
1 clove garlic
¼ t pepper
Wrap each chestnut in one third strip of bacon and secure with a toothpick.
Discard marinade.
Pack 8 X 8 inch pan with ¼" of brown sugar.
Place chestnuts in pan and bake for 30 minutes at 375. Keep warm while
serving.
