Tuna
Salad
from the kitchen of Nancy
Joy
Cook and chill 1 box of ring macaroni
Add:
1 cup celery
minced onion
1-2 ounce jar pimento
1/4 cup diced sharp cheese
1 small can peas, drained
1 can water chestnuts, drained
2 cans tuna
2 cans medium shrimp
Dressing:
1 cup Hellmans [Best Foods] mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon mustard
1 teaspoon salt
Serve over shoe string potatoes
