 Buttermilk Cake
 from the kitchen of Jewell Scott

3 cup flour 
1/2 teaspoon cloves 
2 cups buttermilk 
1 teaspoon cinnamon 
3/4 cup margarine or Crisco 
2 tablespoons cocoa 
2 cups sugar 
1 cup raisins 
1 teaspoon soda 
1/2 cup pecans 
1/2 teaspoon allspice 

Mix together and pour into a bundt pan which has been lightly greased.  Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 min. This is a low fat cake and very delicious.
