 Four Layered Jello
 a "no fat" recipe
 From the kitchen of JoAnn Wade

4 packages of Jello- 2 light colors and 2 dark colors 
1 can no-fat (skim) evaporated milk 

Square glass cake pan 

First and third layers (dark colors)  use ¾ cup hot water & ¾ cold water with each package. 

Second and fourth layer (light colors) use ¾ cup hot water and ¾ cup evaporated milk. 

Takes 1-2 hours for layers to set. Pour next layer over spoon to keep from disturbing preceding layer. If diabetic use sugar free Jello.

Pretty, colorful, easy to make and always gone at pot lucks.
