Don't Know Cake

1 yellow cake mix
1 box instant butterscotch pudding
4 eggs
1/2 cup oil
3/4 cup water
1 cup packed brown sugar
1 cup chopped nuts
2 tablespoon butter
Mix the first five ingredients together in a bowl. In a separate bowl
mix the brown sugar, nuts and butter. Pour half of the batter into a greased
8-1/2 x 11 cake pan. Sprinkle with half of the sugar mixture; repeat with
remaining cake and sugar mixture. Bake in 350 degree oven 35-40 min.
