2-1/2 cups sifted all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
dash salt
1 cup margarine
2/3 cup granulated sugar
1 egg beaten
1 teaspoon almond extract
Jam
Sift together flour, baking powder, and salt. Thoroughly mix margarine
with sugar, egg and extract until very light and fluffy. At low speed,
beat in flour mixture until well mixed. Refrigerate. Force dough through
cookie press and decorate with jam, sugars etc. Bake at 400 degrees on
ungreased cold cookie sheet 7-10 minutes or until golden.
