Pie with Walnut Topping

Walnut topping for two nine inch pies
1 stick cold margarine
1 cup packed light brown sugar
1 cup ground walnuts
Cut margarine and brown sugar until in small pieces. Add ground walnuts
and cut until evenly distributed. Don't mash. Keep in the refrigerator
until ready to use.
Use Libby Pumpkin Pie Recipe on can as directed During the last
15-20 minutes of baking sprinkle walnut topping mixture on top of pie and
bake until it bubbles. Remove pie when done and cool. Top with your favorite
whipped topping.
