Dump Cake
a no fat recipe

Wade
8 inch baking pan sprayed with Pam
Mix in pan
1 cup flour
1 cup sugar
½ teaspoon cinnamon
½ cup shredded bran cereal (can be raisin bran, fiber one etc)
¾ teaspoon baking soda
Add and Mix
1 egg (Egg Beaters) or 2 egg whites
splash of vanilla
8 ounce can fruit cocktail partially drained
Sprinkle brown sugar on top before baking in 350 degree oven for 30
minutes or until center is done.
