Ritz
Crackers with Dates

Heck
1 cup finely chopped dates
1 can sweetened condensed milk
Cook until thick (comes away from the side of the pan and makes a ball).
Spread on Ritz Crackers. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 6 to 8 minutes.
Cool completely. Frost with a scant amount of powdered sugar thin icing.
These freeze well.
These are such a simple treat to make and are a hit anytime they are
served. The saltiness of the cracker takes away the sweetness and they
are simply delicious.
