Apple
Crisp
From the kitchen

1 cup flour
1/2 to 1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 egg
1/3 cup butter
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon and sugar
8-10 medium apples
Mix dry ingredients. Add egg and mix 'til crumbly. Pour over peeled
and sliced apples. Sprinkle melted butter and cinnamon and sugar on top.
Bake in 13 x 9 pan at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. |
