Rice
Pudding

1/2 cup rice
1 quart whole milk
1/2 cup (or a little less) sugar
2 beaten egg yolks
1 teaspoon vanilla
Combine rice and milk in sauce pan; heat to simmer; cover and simmer
about 20 minutes or until done. Add sugar and beaten egg yolks to a small
amount of milk/rice mixture then add to the rest of the pudding mixture.
Heat to boiling stirring, constantly until thickened. |
