Spaghetti

1-16 ounce package thin spaghetti
Chop and saute' the following 3 ingredients while
waiting for water for the pasta to come to a boil.
1 medium onion, chopped
1 medium green pepper, chopped
1/2 cup butter, melted
Add the following to the above mixture and simmer
10 minutes while pasta is cooking.
1-4 ounce can mushrooms
1-4 ounce can chopped ripe olives
1- 28 ounce can tomatoes
Drain cooked pasta. Spread 1/2 of the pasta in a greased casserole dish.
Cover pasta with 1/2 of the tomato sauce (6 ingredients from above).
Top with
1/2 of a 4 ounce package of shredded cheddar cheese.
Add the remaining pasta, sauce and cheese in that order.
Make topping
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 cup water
Spread over the top of casserole
Bake 350 for 20-30 minutes until hot. Serves 10-12.
Topping sauce
1 can cream of mushroom soup comgined with 1/4 cup of water.
