Spicy Mexicali Beef
a complete meal  for two

10 ounces lean ground beef 
1/4 cup corn kernels 
1 cup salsa 
1/2 cup white kidney beans, rinsed 
1/2 cup canned black beans, rinsed 
1 cup tomato, seeded and diced fine 
1   teaspoons olive oil 
9 black olives, diced 
1 tablespoon chili powder 
1/8 teaspoon celery salt 
1/2 teaspoon onion powder 
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper 
1/2 teaspoon garlic, minced 

In nonstick saute'pan, add ground beef and 2/3 teaspoon oil. When the beef has browned, add all remaining ingredients and cook for 10-15 minutes until hot. Place in two bowls and enjoy.
