Meatballs

2 pounds ground beef
1 pound ground pork
1 cup finely chopped onions
1 1/2 cup bread crumbs
1/2 cup parsley
1/4 teaspoon pepper
3/4 tablespoon Worchestershire sauce
2 eggs
1 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
Mix all ingrediends together; form into balls and brown in the oven
or in a skillet. Serve with beef gravey from a package or jar. The ladies
at her church where this is used mix the beef gravy mix with the juices
from the turkey they roast. It was very good. |
