White Chili
 From Barb Bauman who credits Elizabeth Taylor 

2 tablespoons oil 
2 cloves garlic 
2 medium onions, chopped 
6 cups chicken broth 
1 teaspoon cumin 
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper 
4 cups cooked chicken or turkey 
1 or 2 cans chopped green chilies 
1 16 oz can navy (white) beans 

Heat oil in a skillet. Add garlic and onions; saute. In chili pot heat the chicken broth. Add cumin and cayenne pepper. Let flavors mingle. Add the cooked chicken or turkey then add the sauted garlic and onions. Cook a little while then add the green chilies and navy beans. Heat thoroughly. Serve with corn bread.
