Contadina Penne Pasta Bake
From the kitchen of Karen Fillmore
12 ounces penne pasta
1 pound ground beef or sausage
1 cup chopped onion
1 can (15 ounces) Contadina Italian Style Tomato Sauce
1 can (14.5 ounces) Contadina Recipe Ready diced tomatoes with Italian herbs
1 can (6 ounces) Contadina Italian paste with roasted garlic
4 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

Cook pasta according to package directions, drain.
Cook meat and onion in large skillet over medium-high heat, 5 minutes; drain. Stir in tomato sauce, undrained tomatoes, tomato paste and 1/2 cup water; cook, stirring occasionally, 10 minutes. 

Layer half pasta, half sauce and half cheese in a 13 x 9" baking dish; repeat. Cover and bake in preheated 350 oven, 20 minutes.
