Meatballs
From the kitchen
of Marilyn Parke
1 pound chopped sirloin
Parsley
1 egg white
breadcrumbs (enough to hold meat together)
Sauce
3 cups water
2 beef boullion cubes
2 tablespoons catsup
2 tablespoons green sweet relish
Combine chopped sirloin with breadcrumbs parsley and eggwhite. Form
into balls the size of walnuts, set aside. In frying pan boil 3 cups water
combined with 2 beef bouillon cubes. Add meatballs when boiling and cook
for 10 minutes, remove to serving bowl. Add relish and catsup to boullion
and water and pour over meatballs.
