Chicken Salad Casserole

Spray oven proof casserole dish with "Pam."
Mix Together:
4 cups cooked, diced chicken
2 cups chopped celery
3/4 cup fat free Miracle Whip
1 can 98% fat free Campbell's Cheese Broccoli Soup
2 Tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons chopped onion
2 cups cooked rice
1 can sliced water chestnuts
3 hard boiled eggs (chopped)
Top with corn flakes.
Spray with fat free (I Can't Believe it's not Butter)
Salt and pepper to taste
Cover with plastic wrap and chill for at least 2 hours then bake at
400 for 25 minutes. |
