Larry's leaves-turning pork
from the kitchen of Larry Hammond
4 1" thick boneless center cut chops
1 large onion, peeled and cut into chunks
3 apples, cored (peeling is ok, but the nutrients are in the skin)
Chicken buillion-whichever way you get it
Lightly brown the chops and reserve. Sweat the onions and apples
in a little bit of butter. Add back the chops and the stock.
SECRET INGREDIENT: add 1 stick of cinnamon.
Simmer until done. Serve over rice with a nice salad.
