'n Tangy Ribs

3/4 -1 cup vinegar
1/2 cup katsup
2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 garlic clove, minced
1 teaspoon ground mustard
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 -1 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
2 pounds of ribs
Mix first 9 ingredients and pour into slow cooker. Brown ribs in oil,
then add to sauce in cooker. Cook 4-6 hours until tender. |
